Product Description:

The HFQD series computer-automatic slitting machine uses touching screen man-machine interface and PLC  programmable controller to concentrately control the complete machine.

1、The rewinding adopts vector frequency-conversion motor and electricity-controlled precise smooth distance air shaft to transmit,realizing the control of rewinding tension and smooth distance by PLC automatically calculating the rewinding roller diameter and controlling the air pressure.

2、The traction adopts vector frequency-conversion motor to   control the constant linear speed.

3、The unwinding adopts shaft-free unwinding,transmitted by vector frequency-conversion motor, realizing constant  tension control by PLC automatically calculating the unwinding roller diameter;Unwinding the material is clamped by dynamoelectric thread rod and Air cylinder,and it adopts hydraulic pressure to realize the unwinder device lifting. 4、The error-correcting system adopts LPC&EPC (side-following and line-following) photoelectricity static automatical error-correcting system.

5、It adopts  flat blades to slit(also can make round blade),the ajustment of the knife can be realized by air-operated and synchronous strap transmission.
