Product Description:
With compact and reasonable structure, the high-speed splitting machine of HFQ¢òseries possesses an aesthetic appearance. The base and side panels are made of gray cast iron, which is stable and steady. The winding mode is center winding carried out by upper and lower double pneumatic expansion shafts. The clamping of winding and unwinding as well as the operation of cutter shaft and press roll is controlled pneumatically with convenient and fast operation. The magnetic powder clutch is of tension control for winding, whereas the magnetic powder brake is of tension control for unwinding with precise tension, fast response and wide adjustable range. The unwinding adopts advanced analogue photoelectric automatic deviation-rectifying system; meanwhile, it is equipped with static removal device, edge-blowing device and automatic winding meter-counting device. Each function can be collocated according to the requirement of customers.
